Public Testimony Request Form - 1/24/2023

Public testimony is limited to a maximum of 20 minutes per subject, allowing for a maximum of 10 minutes per opposing viewpoint, and with a maximum of 3 minutes per speaker. Depending upon the total number of speaker requests received on an item, the time may be reduced to 2 or 1 minute each. No deferral of time is allowed. The Board President will announce the time allowed for each speaker prior to the board hearing public testimony.
